Do I need to download anything?

No downloads required. Jogo Bonito Games runs entirely in your web browser on mobile or desktop.

What happens when I create an account?

You can set a display name, pick an avatar, and choose a theme so your profile matches your club colours.

When do daily challenges refresh?

Daily games refresh at midnight in your local time zone so everyone starts each day together.

How are streaks calculated?

Streaks grow when you complete daily games on consecutive days. Miss a day and the streak resets.

Where can I see leaderboards?

Open any game and tap Leaderboard to see top scores, plus your personal bests.

Does practice affect my stats?

Practice sessions are separate from your official stats, so you can experiment without impacting streaks.

How do I update my profile details?

Head to Settings or Profile to change your display name, avatar, or theme.

Is my profile public?

Your profile is visible on leaderboards by default. You can hide it at any time from Settings.

How do I report an issue?

Use the Contact page or email support@jogobonito.games with details about the issue.

Quick fixes for sync issues, missing progress, or login trouble.

My stats look out of date. What should I do?

Refresh the page first. If stats are still behind, sign out and back in to resync your account.

The game board is not loading.

Check your connection, then try a hard refresh. Ad blockers or strict privacy extensions can also prevent content from loading.

I forgot my password.

Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen to reset your access.
